This course aims to apply the skills already acquired in the courses in the first semester, to achieve the ultimate goal of completing a master project that leads to the conclusion of the Master’s program. Thus, this course is based on work developed individually by students and presented throughout seminars or collective work sessions. The programme of the course is organized as follows: 1. Identify the relevant themes.
2 The analysis of existing bibliography on the chosen topic.
3. The research and analysis of empirical data.
4. The writing of the project.
5. The presentation of the project

The master’s project will be evaluated by a panel of judges in a public defense, following confirmation by the supervisor(s) that it has been completed and meets all the requirements for public presentation. The assessment will be based on the scientific merit of the project, as well as its theoretical and methodological adequacy. The assessment will also consider the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the theoretical concepts, as well as their theoretical and methodological adequacy to the field of public finance in an international context.
