The Soft Skills Lab (LCT) is an organic structure that supports the acquisition and development of essential skills, within the scope of the curricular structure of Iscte courses. 

Below you can find a list of all the Languages Curricular Courses most likely to be available in 2023/2024:  

• Academic English B1+ (1st term - 3ECTS)
• Academic English B2 (1st term - 3 ECTS)
• Business English (2nd term - 2 ECTS)
• Introduction to Business English (1st term - 2 ECTS)
• Mandarin and Chinese Culture (1st and 2nd term - 6 ECTS)
• Spanish (1st and 2nd term - 2 ECTS)

Our Lab also offers the possibility for international students (internal and external) to learn Portuguese with the Portuguese as a Foreign Language Course. Please, find more information about our Portuguese courses for foreigners for 2023/2024 here.   

• Portuguese As Foreign Language - Intensive A1.1  (1st and 2nd term - 6 ECTS)
• Portuguese as Foreign Language - Beginner A1.1 (1st and 2nd term - 6 ECTS)
• Portuguese as Foreign Language - Beginner A1.2 (1st and 2nd term - 6 ECTS)
• Portuguese as Foreign Language - Elementary A2.1 (1st and 2nd term - 6 ECTS)
