On 23 October, Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon welcomed a delegation from the University of Seoul (Republic of Korea) to renew the academic cooperation and mobility agreements between the two institutions.
The delegation included Dr. Yongkul WON, President of the University of Seoul; Dr. Mincahn PYO, Vice President for International Affairs; Dr. Dongjoo PARK, Dean of the College of Urban Science; Dr. Younghan LEE, Dean of the College of Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies; Hyunghee KIM, Chief Secretary to the President; and Eunhwa SHIN, Head of the International Cooperation Team.
The cooperation between Iscte and the University of Seoul, in place since 2008, encompasses teaching and research, as well as the exchange of faculty members, researchers and students.
In addition to the signing of the agreements, a meeting was held to explore ways to further strengthen collaboration between the two Universities, particularly in the fields of urban innovation, sustainable finance, digital transformation, and technology industries.
