Non-European international applicants wishing to attend an Integrated Degree Course at a Portuguese University can do so through the Special Competition for International Students, provided that they fulfil the specific access and admission conditions of the institution to which they apply.

Foreign applicants who do not have Portuguese nationality or the nationality of another member state of the European Union can apply for undergraduate and integrated master's courses under the "International Student Statute".
