The research won the Grünenthal DOR 2016 Award - in the area of Clinical Research based on the article entitled 'The relationship between perceived promotion of autonomy / dependence and pain-related disability in older adults with chronic pain: the mediating role of self-reported physical functioning', authored by Marta Matos and Sónia Bernardes, researchers at ISCTE-IUL, and Liesbet Goubert, from Ghent University.
