Within the framework of the 50th anniversary celebrations of Iscte – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, the Alumni Clube Iscte is organizing four Course Dinners, grouped according to the year of graduation, on the following dates:

• 1972–1989 cohorts: 28 June 2022
• 1990–1999 cohort: 30 June 2022
• 2000–2022 cohorts: 1 July 2022

A symphonic concert, integrated into the 50th anniversary celebrations of Iscte, will take place on 6 May at 9:00 p.m. in the Main Auditorium of Iscte.

Integrated into the 50th anniversary celebrations of Iscte, the first edition of the race saw a high level of participation. With an approximately 10 km run and a 5 km walk, the route proved to be a success among participants.

Starting and finishing at Iscte, the course passed through the University City area towards Saldanha, before returning to the finish line.

During the 49th anniversary ceremony of Iscte, honorary degrees will be awarded to faculty members, prizes will be presented to retired staff, and the main initiatives of the 50th anniversary celebrations will be unveiled.

The Mission Group for the 50th anniversary celebrations of Iscte was established by Rector’s Order of 14 December 2020, issued by Maria de Lurdes Rodrigues.

Its main objective is to organize Iscte’s historical archive and to prepare a documentary exhibition, scheduled for December 2022.

The Mission Group is coordinated by Jorge Freitas Branco and includes representatives of faculty, students, and staff.
