Ana Brochado is an economist and professor of management at the ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa - Lisbon University Institute and a researcher at DINAMIA’CET-Centre for Socioeconomic and Territorial Studies. She is the President of the 'Direção Regional do Centro e Alentejo' - Ordem dos Economistas.She served as the Vice Dean for administrative affairs and Vice Dean for faculty for five years (ISCTE Business School) and coordinated the PhD in Tourism Management. She joined the General Council of ISCTE. She coordinated and taught several courses (bachelor, master, Ph.D., executive education) including econometrics, quantitative methods applied to competition and regulation, consumer behavior, and market research and research methods.She worked for more than one decade as Senior Economist for the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) and the Securities Commission (CMVM). She joined the Strategic Board of Compete2020 as an expert in policy evaluation methods. She is an external expert on the European Commission.She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Master of Science in Quantitative Methods, a PhD in Management, and Habilitation in Marketing. Her main research interests are economics and management. She has authored or co-authored over 80 publications in top international journals in these fields, wrote over 40 book chapters and presented over 200 talks at international conferences. Her research received over 2500 citations. 
Ana Lúcia Martins is an Associate Professor at ISCTE-IUL and an integrated researcher at BRU-Iscte (Business Research Unt). She holds a PhD in Management, with a specialization in Operations Management and Technology, and an MSc in Management, with a specialization in Strategy. She currently serves as Iscte Business School Vice-dean for Teaching and Innovation. She also serves as director of the Master in Humanitarian Action, along with a director from the School of Sociology and Public Policy, a program jointly offered by both schools, and in the past served as director of the bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Logistics. Ana teaches Operations Management, Logistics Management, Service Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. Ana authored more than 85 scientific articles. Ana publishes in scientific journals such as the International Journal of Logistics Management, International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management, and Public Money and Management, among others. She has authored book chapters in logistics management and lean management in the justice systems. Her current main research topics are operations management in humanitarian settings, logistics management, supply chain management, and lean management in the services area, mainly in judicial and healthcare systems. Ana is involved in several european projects, contributing in the areas of operations management and assurance of learning activities.
With a PhD in Business from Tilburg University in The Netherlands, Ana lectures at the Iscte Business School on the topics of Strategic Management and Sustainability, Ethics and Social Responsibility. She is currently Associate Dean for Engagement and Impact at Iscte Business School. As an integrated researcher at the Business Research Unit (BRU-Iscte), her work has appeared in various publication outlets, including the Journal of Business Ethics and Public Management Review. She served as Associate editor of the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education and Topic editor of Sustainability. Ana is also collaborating as Guardian of the GRLI Council (Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative), Head of Programmatic Work at PRME Chapter Iberia, and serves as Quality and Sustainability Liaison person for the Iscte Business School. In the past, Ana served as Deputy Director of the Department of Marketing, Operations and General Management, member of the Scientific Committee of BRU-Iscte and coordinator of the Prosperity dimension of Sustainability at Iscte, and as an Expert in the ISO TC323 on Circular Economy. Ana has additionally complemented her academic training with various professional qualifications, including the GRI Certified Training Program, Harvard Business School’s online Sustainable Business Strategy course, and certifications as Advanced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Professional, as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator, and as Certified Facilitator in Pro.Play®.      
Daniela Langaro is assistant professor at ISCTE-IUL (Portugal), visiting professor at Catolica Lisbon (Portugal) and collaborated for 5 years with Vlerick Business School (Belgium). Following her 15 years of experience in marketing in companies from Consumer Packaged Goods (Unilever, Procter and Gamble and Danone) and OTC (Angelini Farmacêutica), Langaro moved to academia in 2012. Her general research interests involve issues in internet marketing, social media, brand communications and brand management.

F. FERREIRA is Full Professor of Strategy and Decision Analysis, and Former Vice-Dean for Financial Affairs (2014-19) at the ISCTE Business School of the University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal). He is also Adjunct Research Professor at the Fogelman College of Business and Economics of the University of Memphis, and Senior Manager at the Montis West Corporation (TN, USA). Previously, he was Adjunct Professor and Vice-President of the Scientific Council at the School of Management and Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (Portugal), Lecturer at the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Beja (Portugal) & Visiting Scholar at the Portuguese School of Bank Management (Portugal), University of Memphis (TN, USA), Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (CHIH, Mexico), University of Kaiserslautern (Germany) and Central College of Commerce (Scotland). He holds a PhD in Quantitative Methods Applied to Economics and Management from the University of Algarve (Portugal) and received his MSc in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Algarve and the Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal). In 2009, he was granted a Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation fellowship for Post-Doctoral studies at the University of Memphis (TN, USA). He is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making & Editorial Board Member of several international research journals. He has authored books, book chapters, peer-reviewed papers and made many conference presentations. Some of his works are published in premier international journals (e.g., European Journal of Operational Research [ABS 4], Annals of Operations Research [ABS 3], IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management [ABS 3], Journal of Business Research [ABS 3], Journal of Small Business Management [ABS 3], Journal of the Operational Research Society [ABS 3], R&D Management [ABS 3], Technological Forecasting & Social Change [ABS 3]). He has practical experience as group facilitator and has delivered keynote and invited speeches at conferences across the world (e.g., Mexico, Spain, Hungary, Albania, Japan, South Korea). Dr. Ferreira has provided consultancy services and executive education to private companies and public sector organizations (e.g., Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A. (Portuguese state-owned banking corporation), Fidelidade Insurance Company, S.A. (market leader in Portugal), Infraestruturas de Portugal, S.A. (Portugal’s rail and road infrastructure manager), Metropolitano de Lisboa, E.P.E. (state-owned metro company), Sonangol, E.P. (Angolan state-owned oil company), and Amplexor/Acolad (global leader in professional digital services)). He has also served as a field-expert evaluator on several international projects funded by European research grants, including projects funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO) in the Netherlands, and the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia. His research interests include multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA), strategic decision making and integrated systems for performance measurement and risk analysis in finance, insurance, banking & real estate.
Florinda Matos is PhD in Social Sciences, Organisational Behaviour Studies, by the University of Lisbon. She has a master’s degree in Business Sciences from INDEG/ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Agricultural Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomic Engineering, both by the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém. She is a Professor at ISCTE Business School – University Institute of Lisbon, where she teaches several courses in the areas of management. Also, she is a professor of knowledge management at IPPS-IUL - Instituto para as Políticas Públicas e Sociais and she is an invited Professor at several international universities. As DINÂMIA'CET – IUL, Centre for the Study of Socioeconomic Change and the Territory integrated researcher, her main research interests are Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital Management, Measuring of Intangibles, Sustainability, Innovation, Additive Manufacturing and Digital Transformation. She was a post-Doc researcher in the Social Impacts of Additive Manufacturing at NOVA.id.FCT and led the project KM3D - Knowledge Management in Additive Manufacturing: Designing New Business Models, in a national consortium, funded by FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. She is currently the national coordinator of the CATALYST - European VET Excellence for Leading Sustainable Systems and Business Transformation project, in a European consortium made up of 36 partners, led by academic institutions from Germany, Austria, Greece and North Macedonia. Florinda is a member of the scientific committee of several international conferences, where she has participated as an organiser, speaker, mini-track chair and reviewer. She has more than 40 published academic articles and scientific papers, chapters, and books. She has also been an active participant in the press, where she has published more than 200 articles of opinion on issues of economic and social actuality, being invited to several podcasts. She is currently Conference Chair of the following conferences: ISM 2023 - International Conference on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing; ECKM 2023 - 24th European Conference on Knowledge Management; and ECRM 2023 - European Conference on Research Methodology for Business and Management. Presently, she is associate editor in the area of Economics and Business at Journal Heliyon (Elsevier); a Guest Editor of Springer International Publishing, Journal Meditari Accountancy Research (Emerald) and Journal Sustainability and is also a Topical Advisory of the Journal Knowledge. In addition, she is a member of the Editorial Board of Revista Mátria and Revista Mátria Digital, edited by the Research Center Professor Doutor Joaquim Veríssimo Serrão (CIJVS). She is coordinator of the Thematic Line "Digital Transformation" at the Sociodigital Lab for Public Policy and member of the implementation team of the AI4PA Digital Innovation Hub. As an intellectual capital management expert, Florinda is the founder and the president of the Intellectual Capital Association (ICAA), whose mission is to help transform intellectual capital into added value by contributing to sustainable development. Also, she is a member of the New Club of Paris, an international organisation whose main objective is to create awareness about the Knowledge Economy. Moreover, she is promoting an award alongside the Portuguese public institutions to encourage and reward companies that value Social Sustainability. Also, she is the ambassador for Europe of the International Conference on Knowledge and Innovation (CIKI), organised by Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Brazil). Likewise, she is a member of the Observatory on Knowledge Management and Innovation in Public Administration, from IPEA - Institute for Applied Economic Research of Brazilian Government.    
Henrique O'Neill is Associated Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal. He received his M.Sc. degree from IST/UL in Lisbon and the Ph.D. degree from the Cranfield University, United Kingdom. His research interests are broadly focused on the adoption of information systems and communication technologies to foster business performance, including business, operations and IS/IT strategy, modeling methods and approaches, organizational analysis and processes design, implementation and acceptance, and the quality of information systems in industry sectors like healthcare, banking and finance, the public administration and manufacturing. José Crespo de Carvalho (JCC) is a Management professor with over 30 years experience both in teaching, researching, managing and consulting higher education institutions and companies. He has a PhD and Aggregation in Management, an MBA and MSc in Management (Information Systems) (ISCTE), a Post-graduate Diploma in Project Management and an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (IST). Additionally, he completed in presence Executive Education in Negotiation (Stanford University, Harvard University, INSEAD and AIF), in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and in Strategy and Management (Cranfield University and MIT CTL), in Big Data (IE) and in Applied Project Management (Erasmus University). He has served as Academic Director of NOVA SBE Executive Education and currently he is serving as CEO of ISCTE Executive Education. He published some scientific papers and 25 ISBN books. In a nutshell, consultancy and managing companies, besides innovative executive teaching and management in higher education have always been central to define José Crespo de Carvalho as a professional.
João Guerreiro, PhD Marketing (ISCTE-IUL, Portugal), Assistant Professor of Marketing and integrated researcher at BRU-IUL. Research interests focused in the area of ​​Consumer Behavior and Relationship Marketing, namely in the implications of technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, IoT) for Marketing, with published articles in several scientific journals such as Tourism Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Journal of Business Ethics among others. Director of the Master in Marketing at ISCTE-IUL between 2017 and 202. Professional experience as a senior consultant in Business Intelligence projects.
Research skills in Industrial and Services Engineering focusing on the strategic alignment of operations systems, by designing organisational change programmes that are adequate. Methodological concerns favour qualitative methods and Soft Systems Methodology applied to complex organisational problems. Broad professional experience ranging from engineering functions (Ferro Portugal), logistics management (Renault Portuguesa), consultancy in deployment of information systems (Grupo Violas; Ford of Europe - Southampton Plant), Managing Director (Agiltec), founding and developing its own business to teaching and researching in the university, all together for more than 36 years.
Leandro F. Pereira is an Associate Professor of Strategy at ISCTE. He is also CEO and Founder of WINNING Consulting, a consultancy firm with more than 300 employees dedicated to management and technology consultancy. Leandro Pereira has a PhD in Management with a specialisation in Project Management from the University of Salamanca and a degree in Management Informatics from the University of Minho. He has more than 200 indexed scientific publications and more than 10 published books. In 2017, Leandro Pereira received the Best CEO of the Year award from Best Team Leaders and Revista Pessoal, as well as the best student award from the University of Minho in the academic field. Leandro Pereira is the Director of the Executive Master's Degree in Programme and Project Management and the Postgraduate Diploma in Agile Project and Business Management at ISCTE Executive Education. Throughout his career he has supervised dozens of PhD students and several hundred Masters students. He was also founding president of PMI Portugal and the Business Case Institute. Leandro Pereira is an international expert in the areas of Strategy, Project Management, Problem Solving and Benefits Realisation Management.
Shaozhuang Ma is a tenured Associate Professor with a Habilitation in Management at the Business School of Iscte-University Institute of Lisbon (Iscte-IUL), Portugal. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in Management from Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at the Business School of the University of Queensland, Australia in the year 2010.   Professor Ma's teaching and research interests encompass Human Resource Development and Management, as well as Strategic Management, with a recent focus on Employee Well-being and Health in the context of a boundaryless workplace. He has contributed to various esteemed publications, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology: Health and Well-being, Psychology and Health, Psychology, Health and Medicine, The Chinese Economy, Journal of Health Organization and Management, International Journal of Public Administration, Population & Economics, Journal of Nursing Science, Chinese Hospitals, and Chinese Health Quality Management, among others.   Furthermore, Professor Ma serves as a Deputy Editor of the International Journal of Health Planning and Management and has provided extensive referee services for international journals. Notably, his cases titled "Zhu Dandan (A): Promotions (9B13C002)" and "Zhu Dandan (B): Leadership Development (9B20C025)" were published by Ivey and featured in Harvard Business Review's collection.   Prior to his tenure at Iscte-IUL, Professor Ma held the position of Deputy Dean at the Business School of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in Guangzhou, China. He also served as the Executive Director of the Lingnan MBA Program, a collaborative initiative between Lingnan College at Sun Yat-sen University and the MIT Sloan School of Management in the United States.
Maria Santos is Professor on Marketing and member of Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL. She holds a PhD in Management Science, focused on Services Marketing from IAE d'Aix-Marseille III (France). She lectures  Marketing Management and Services Marketing at several courses of IBS, as well as Marketing for Technologies at the School of Technology and Architecture (ISTA).  As supervisor of  PhD, DBA China-ISCTE and Master international students, research have been applied to sustainable consumption and tourism, mega-events, service quality. and entrepreneurial marketing. Internationally, she is member of the Scientific Committee of the Iberoamerican Journal of Strategic Management (RIAE/IJSM),  and she taught at the EU TREPAN Program, a joint initiative between ISCTE-IUL and the University of Craiova. Previously, Maria Santos was a co-founder of the Marketing Research Center, GIEM-ISCTE, having been its President from 1997 to 2006. Under GIEM, she coordinated the organization of 4 editions of the Portuguese Service Marketing Conference (1997, 1998, 2002, 2005), which counted on the contribution of leading experts such as Christopher Lovelock (US), Evert Gummesson (Sweden), Mark Casson (Reading, UK), Pierre Eiglier (France), Benny Bricmont (Canada) and David Stokes (Kingston University).
Marjan S. Jalali is Associate Professor at the ISCTE Business School of the University Institute of Lisbon, and researcher at the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL). She holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford; a MA in Organisation Studies from the university of Warwick; and a PhD in Management from the University of Sydney. Some of her works have been published nationally and internationally, in journals such as the Journal of Business Research and the International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making.  Her research interests include CSR and sustainability, diversity and inclusion, social marketing, consumer ethics, and strategy.

Pedro is a co-Diretor of ISCTE Executive Education's Executive MBA. He is an Integrated Member of the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) of the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), having already authored 3 books and published several articles in top journals, like the Harvard Business Review.  His main areas of interest are General Management, Stakeholders' Management and Negotiation, and Corporate Governance. Pedro has significant management experience, holding positions in various corporate bodies of large companies, as well as academic management positions. Pedro has high teaching experience at various levels of education, with very good performance evaluations.
Renato Lopes da Costa is however recognized for his work in academic terms, having published more than a hundred scientific articles in the main international business management journals index by scopus and Wos and, 9 books in the same scientific area.  Throughout his career for several years he developed his business activity in the areas of retail and banking, developing projects of an operational nature in the areas of banking and management control in the retail area. Renato Lopes da Costa completed his doctorate in the area of ​​business strategy at ISCTE - University of Lisbon, where he developed a pioneering work on the practices and praxis used by management consultants in the development of their work in client companies, contributing to the state of the art in scientific area of ​​business strategy in the field of strategy-as-practice research. Renato Lopes da Costa also has the title of Habilitation in Management conferred by the University Institute of Lisbon, completed in 2022. As a university professor, he supervised more than two hundred of masters and doctorates in the area of ​​business management, being recognized for this valence, as well as for his teaching ability in the area of ​​business strategy in undergraduate, master's, executive master's and doctorate degrees, nationally and internationally. Having conducted several courses at Portugal universities, he is currently director of the MscBA - Master in Business Administration at ISCTE (being listed on the prestigious lists of the Financial Times as one of the best European courses in the scientific area of ​​management) and Diretor of the Global Master Series INDEG in Business Management, Marketing e Finance e Risk Management. Between 2021 and 2023, Renato Lopes da Costa belonged to the scientific council of ISCTE as a member of the plenary.
Holding two Habilitation titles and two PhD degrees, Renato Pereira is Associate Dean for Internationalization and Research at Iscte Business School. Specialized in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, International Business Management, and in Economic Development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Former resident-student at Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the private foundation in charge of managing the international campus of the French capital city, elected by a college representing 5,000+ voters from 150+ nationalities. He has worked for different companies of the ICT cluster, including Outsystems, one of the initial Portuguese unicorns. As Director of Inteli - Innovation Center, he has integrated the coordination structure of the Mobi.E consortium, responsible for the development of the 1st nation-wide network in the world for electric vehicle charging, and the board of directors of SGORME, the network operations management company. For thirteen consecutive years, he was member of the Supervisory Board of Taguspark, the managing company of one of the biggest and most relevant science and technology facilities in Portugal. He was Advisor to the Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Communications of the XVIIth and XVIIIth Portuguese Constitutional Governments. Currently directs the Master's in International Management of iscte Business School; previously has directed the Executive Master in Innovation Management at Iscte Executive Education and several master-level and doctoral-level subjects at both Iscte Business School and School of Solciology and Public Policy. As Associate Professor of Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, he directed: the PhD program in Business Economics, the Geoeconomics Seminar of the PhD program in International Relations, the MSc program in Business Management, and the BSc program in Management, as well as several subjects from all three levels. His paper Entrepreneurship role on dynamic capabilities: A longitudinal study on Brazilian and Portuguese firms, written in co-authorship, was short-listed for Best Paper Prize at the Special Conference of the Strategic Management Society, in 2011. His paper Resilient employees are creative employees, when the workplace forces them to be, published in co-authorship, was awarded with the Tudor Rickards and Susan Moger Creativity and Innovation Management Best Paper Award, reported to the year 2019. He has supervised 5 post-docs, 19 doctorates and 198 masters. He has a long and extensive international academic experience, having taken visiting positions in universities from Angola, Brazil, Czechia, France, Hungary, India, Mozambique, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan.
Ricardo Godinho Bilro is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where he teaches Marketing at undergraduate and Master’s degree levels. He earned his PhD in Management with a specialization in Marketing from ISCTE Business School. He currently holds the roles of Department Deputy Chair (Department of Marketing, Strategy and Operations) and Director for the Erasmus Mundus joint Master’s degree program in Tourism Development & Culture (TourDC). He is a guest lecturer at the University of Glasgow (UK) and the University of Malta for the TOUR DC program and has served as a Visiting Professor at different institutions, such as Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Helsinki, Finland) and Université Gustave Eiffel (Paris, France). As a researcher at ISCTE’s Business Research Unit, Ricardo’s research interests include Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, and Social Media Marketing. His research has been published in various international scientific journals, such as the Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Product & Brand Management, and Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management. He has also presented his work at reputable international scientific conferences such as EMAC - European Marketing Academy Conference, World Marketing Congress - Academy of Marketing Science, GAMMA-GMC, or Academy of Marketing. Ricardo has received several awards for his contributions, including the best teacher award for the postgraduate program in Digital Marketing at ISCTE Executive Education in 2022 and 2023, the best paper award at TomiWorld 2017, and the best conference paper in GAMMA-GFMC 2019.
Rui Vinhas da Silva is  Full Professor of Marketing at ISCTE Business School and a Member of the Executive Board at ISCTE Executive Education.   He was Chairman of the Board at COMPETE 2020 (December 2014-May 2016). Holds degrees in Business Management (BAS) and (BAS Honours-Marketing) and Economics (BA) from York University, Atkinson College, Toronto, Canada, an MBA from Aston Business School, UK and a PhD and Post-Doctorate from Manchester Business School, UK. Before joining ISCTE in April 2010, he was an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) (April 2008) at Manchester Business School (Assistant Professor since 1998). He taught on MBA and PhD programmes at MBS for over 12 years. Since 1998 he taught on several senior executive training programs and held consultancy appointments through MBS. These included: PWC in Baskin Ridge, New Jersey (April 2008) AMAC (British senior military officers) (2000-2004), TACIS (Senior Executives- Russia) (2000-2002), or government officials in Port Dickson, Malaysia (May, 2009).  Vinhas da Silva was Visiting Professor at the Univ. de São Paulo (Faculdade de Economia e Administração) (2000-2004) and taught on their MBA programs (Retail). Sofia Kalakou, Assistant Professor at ISCTE Business School since 2018. Director of BSc in Industrial Management and Logistics. PhD in Transportation Systems (Instituto Superior Técnico, MIT-Portugal program). Sofia has previously worked as a transport consultant and researcher on transport planning, passenger and cargo modelling and forecasting, simulation of airport operations, integration of new technologies in transport systems, performance assessment and sustainability. She participates as a Reviewer at international Journals.
Álvaro Dias is a professor since 1995, teaching mainly in the areas of Tourim, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. At the same time, he has also worked as a consultant for entities such as the Ministry of Economy, IAPMEI, AIP, AEP, AERLIS, GNR, ACT, CCP, Turismo de Portugal, and dozens of companies.  Holds two PhD.s degrees classified as honored (cum laude), one in Management with a specialty in Marketing, and another in Tourism, MsC in Strategy, MBA and Ba in Management. He also has post-graduate studies in E-business. Headed UAL Economic and Business Sciences department. He was director of the Master's Degree and of the Degree in Marketing and co-director of the Degree in Management at ISG. He also coordinated the Tourism Destination Management at Universidade Lusófona.  Author of 24 books and more than 200 articles in international journals. In 2022, received the distinction GNR D. Nuno Álvares Pereira Medal of Merit and a diploma of Commendation. In 2021, he received the research award from the Chair of Intelligent Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía and the University of Seville. In 2023, he received the extraordinary research award from the University of Seville. The article Entrepreneurship role on dynamic capabilities: A longitudinal study on Brazilian and Portuguese firms, co-authored, was nominated for the Best Paper Prize at the Special Conference of the Strategic Management Society in 2011. Abel Camelo is currently Project Manager in different projects / companies, mainly related to the implementation of technology, applying the Agile and Waterfall approaches. He also acts as a instructor/trainer, nationally and internationally, in the area of ​​technology, project management, business analysis, industrial production and logistics. Previously he was responsible for Infosistema's Business Consulting unit, where he managed and participated in process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma, BPM implementation and portals development (in OutSystems and other technologies), business continuity, digital transformation (UX / UI Design), among others. His experience focuses on reengineering and process improvement, business analysis for organizational processes. He has participated in multiple national and international projects, as a consultant and functional analyst, allowing him to identify and implement improvements in clients and to contribute to the increase of the performance of the business processes. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a consultant in entrepreneurship projects, business plans and investment analysis, guiding future entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship in projects of various sectors of activity. Since 2009 he teaches in higher education, in the areas of operations management, logistics and project management, to undergraduate and master's degrees. He holds a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, holds postgraduate degrees in Energy and Bioenergy, in Lean Management and in Information and Enterprise Systems. He is certified in Project Management and Business Analysis by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a IEFP certified trainer, among other professional certifications.
Alexandra MILICI is a Project Management Officer (PMO) in Research Operations (ResearchOps) at the multinational corporation OLX. She is also an invited lecturer and a PhD candidate in Management at the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), Portugal. She holds a Master’s degree in Management (awarded in 2020) from ISCTE Business School, Portugal, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration (awarded in 2018) from ISCSP – University of Lisbon, Portugal. She was awarded 2nd place in the 2011 Edition of the ISCTE-IUL Investment Game. With a comprehensive background in both the public and private sectors, she leverages her expertise to offer strategic consultancy services to national and international companies and organizations, enabling them to navigate complex environments and thrive. Alexandra’s professional journey also includes providing business financial support at Air Liquide, where she supported the Nordics Team, developed and improved financial processes, and analyzed performance indicators. Additionally, she served as a business support analyst at Reloading, excelling in process development and improvement, process audits, and research methodologies. Alexandra’s earlier experience at Steam – Smart Business Services honed her skills in process development, audit, and performance analysis, as well as providing general office administrative services and technical support to management and accounting teams. Alexandra is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Romanian (mother language). She has successfully supervised several Master’s dissertations and has published in premier international journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (ABS 3) and Technological and Economic Development of the Economy (WoS Q1). Currently assumes the responsibility for technical innovation, development and quality assurance of the services provided in the Health and Public Administration sector.  Executive Director of the Executive Master in Program and Project Management of ISCTE Executive Education, Guest Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL and expert trainer, holds the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP), proven experience through more than 10,000h of teaching, counting in his curriculum with the design and development of several hundred reference courses in Strategy, Business Cases, Business Analysis, Project Management and Cost Management and preparing several hundred candidates for PMI® certifications. Carlos Lopes Cruz is an experienced manager working in FMCG companies, where he developed strong managerial, leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. Holds a Ph. D. in Management - Strategy and Entrepreneurship from ISCTE-IUL. Carlos is an Associate Researcher at BRU-IUL and Guest Lecturer at ISCTE Business School and at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen in Germany. His research topic is Corporate Social Responsibility, with a particular interest in strategy implementation.
Mariza Alpoim Motta Queiroz is an economist with more than 30 years of experience in a public transport operator. She has also a MSc in Transportation and a PhD in Transportation Systems at CERIS, in the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. Mobility Expert at URBACT. Vice-chair of the Research in Mobility UITP Committee. Presently, she is an Invited Assistant Professor at the ISCTE- Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and a member of the U-Shift Lab (IST - Instituto Superior Técnico). She has publications as author and she is also reviewer of Journals publications. Certified in Project Management (PMP). Certified in Product Owner (CSPO).
Filipa Rosado Pinto is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Department of Marketing, Operations and General Management at Iscte- Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Presently, she is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NOVA SBE. Filipa obtained her PhD in Management (Marketing specialization) at Iscte, in 2022. She also holds an MBA from IE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in management from NOVA SBE. Following ten years of experience in marketing, in multinational companies, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods and the Pharmaceutical Industry, she moved into Academia in 2016.  Filipa´s current research interests include -among others- consumer-brand relationships, brand management and services marketing. Her research has been published in international scientific journals, such as EuroMed Journal of Business, Journal of Promotion Management and International Journal of Hospitality Management. Her work has also been presented at reputable international scientific conferences such as EMAC - European Marketing Academy Conference, GAMMA-GMC (Global Marketing Conference) and EuroMed Academy of Business conference.
Prof. Helena Rodrigues holds a PhD in Management-Specialization in Marketing at ISCTE-IUL, Lisbon, Portugal. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Marketing from ISLA-Lisboa and Laureate. She has worked for global Asset Management Banks and in the Marketing Department for a Global Pharmaceutical Company. She lectures Marketing at ISCTE-IUL and Tourism Marketing at Universidade Católica Portuguesa . Her main research is in the area of Medical Tourism, Wellness and Health Tourism, Service Quality, Social Media and Higher Education.
Isabel Duarte de Almeida is an assistant professor with 25 years of experience in higher education and coordinator of research on sustainable development. She teaches at ISCTE-IUL, Portugal, and at the University of Lusiada and participates in academic activities abroad: Institute of Management (IfM), University of Cambridge; University of Palermo (UniPa), Sicily, Italy; Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) in Germany. Dr Isabel Almeida holds a 5-year degree in Biology from the University of Lisbon (UL/FC, Portugal). She holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology, a first PhD in Biology from Lisbon University, and a second PhD in Sociology and Sustainability Management from the New University of Lisbon (UNL /FCSH, Portugal). She also holds a postgraduate degree in Circular Economy from Berkeley University. Isabel has been a researcher at the Gulbenkian Institute of Science for 12 years. She has indexed articles in SCOPUS scientific publications Q1 and Q2, published many articles in peer-reviewed conference proceedings and is a reviewer for AoM and EurOMA conferences. Mónica Mendes Ferreira is a Visiting Assistant Professor at ISCTE Business School and a researcher at BRU. She works in the social sciences area(s), emphasizing Economics and Management. Her academic background is interdisciplinary, combining a degree in Marketing and Communication, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Behavior and Management, and a PhD in management in the marketing specialty with the theme of Human-Artificial Intelligence Engagement. She published scientific articles in top journals with collaborators(s) in co-authorship, 2 book chapters, and proceedings at conferences. Have extensive teaching experience, from bachelor's in Marketing and Management to different master's and Post Degree and Executive Education. At a professional level, over 20 years of experience in different sectors such as FMCG, Mass Media, Advertising Agencies, Associations, and Consulting. Her current research interests include consumer behaviour, digital marketing, social media, branding, communication, tourism marketing and the connections between marketing and VR, AR and AI.

In the academic area, he is an assistant professor at the Piaget Institute and an invited assistant professor at ISCTE and ESCS. He has carried out research in the area of management, with emphasis on the application of intelligent systems to management, having published dozens of articles in international journals indexed in SCOPUS and WoS. Dr. Ulpan Tokkozhina is an Invited Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL with specialization in Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She holds a PhD in Management degree with thesis in blockchain technology implementation for supply chain management improvement. Ulpan teaches courses on Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management for both Bachelor and Master degree students. She has co-authored several academic articles and book chapters about the impact of novel technologies on supply chain performance, also won Best Paper Award at EAI INTSYS 2022 International Conference. Ulpan was invited as a guest speaker at an international level - including Mexican University Tecnológico de Monterrey, Molde University of Logistics in Norway and Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. Her current main research interest is novel technologies implementation and use in supply chain context. Currently, Ulpan is involved in a research project "Fish2Fork" curated by EEA Grants and Inov Inesc Inovação, which is aimed on finding novel technological solutions for transparent and sustainable fishing and fish products consumption. 
Vânia Patrício has a PhD in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE. She is founding partner at Winning Scientific Management. She is an invited professor at ISCTE Business School and also at ISCTE Executive Education in the Management Control and Performance Program and Project Management & Programs. She has a degree in Corporate Communication from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social de Lisboa. Later she did a post-graduation in Marketing and Commercial Management of Financial Services at Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária de Lisboa and a post-graduation in Project Management by the Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto de Coimbra. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from PMI® and a Certified ROI Professional certification from ROI Institute. She is an International Coaching Certified approved by the ICF and Practitioner in PNL.
