O Además é um projeto de caráter familiar que levou à construção de um plano de negócios com o objetivo de num futuro avançar com este investimento. Este consiste num alojamento local na região do Litoral Alentejano onde a versatilidade e adaptabilidade às necessidades do consumidor se tornam numa vantagem face às demais localizações. O alojamento será constituído por dois apartamentos, tipologia T1 e T2, que pretendem trazer a amigos, famílias e casais um espaço de conforto onde se possam sentir em casa durante as suas férias. O plano envolve uma análise de mercado, desenvolvimento das principais políticas de implementação ao nível do marketing, serviço, preço e distribuição, bem como no final uma análise à viabilidade económica e financeira do projeto. Depois da realização da análise financeira tornou-se clara a viabilidade e rendibilidade do projeto, apresentando o mesmo um VAL de 156 964,01€, uma TIR de 60,81% e um retorno do investimento realizado num prazo de 2,07 anos.

After the financial analysis, the viability and profitability of the project became clear, presenting an NPV of 156.964,01€, an IRR of 60.81% and a return on investment in 2.07 years.
