PRR - Recovery and Resilience Plan

Within the scope of the programs Impulso Jovens STEAM and Impulso Adultos – Recovering Portugal, Building the Future, included in the Recovery and Resilience Program (PRR), Iscte signed a program contract with the General Directorate of Higher Education for the execution of the Mais Digital project.

In the Impulso Jovens, the Mais Digital project develops the program of new degrees in applied digital technologies, offered at the Iscte-Sintra. The contracted program provides for the award of degree and specialisation diplomas. Through the Mais Digital project, Iscte will make a relevant contribution to achieving the goals of the PRR in STEAM graduate training.

At Impulso Adultos, the Mais Digital project develops a comprehensive training program comprising Postgraduate, Specialisation, and Short-Term courses. To ensure the response, Iscte is diversifying its training offer in digital technologies aimed at adults and will involve more than 1000 people in courses supported by the PRR. The execution of the Mais Digital project is supported by a partnership led by Iscte that involves several entities, including its subsidiaries.

In Impulso Mais Digital, the Mais Digital project develops a diversified training program in STEAM areas, including Postgraduate, Specialisation, and Short-Term courses, isolated Curricular Units, and Professional Masters. To reinforce the training offer in the digital domain for non-STEAM audiences, the program foresees the awarding of various supports, including Training Scholarships, Scholarships to Support Training, and Merit Scholarships.

Finally, Iscte, through Iscte Meta Digital, implements the Mais Digital Program consortium.
