Consistent with the objectives of the programme, the students that complete the course are prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Develop and apply instruments related to organizational design and organizational change;
• Produce research work and analyses related to the principal functions of human resources management;
• Adapt human resources management to the evolution of the Portuguese and international macroeconomic, institutional and technological environment;
• If desired, continue towards doctoral studies and an eventual career in research.
