Objectives
At the end of this curriculum unit, students should be able to have developed an applied project that involves various dimensions such as, among others, the legal and ethical framework of public administration, people management, and financial resources management.
In particular, they should demonstrate the ability to:
Identify a real problem, contextualized, qualified, and quantified.
Approach the problem from a conceptual, theoretical, and essentially practical standpoint.
Design policies and/or solutions, being able to anticipate their respective impact.
Define a plan for necessary resources.

Evaluation process
The assessment consists of evaluating the progress made from problem identification to its resolution approach, promoting continuous assessment based on personalized feedback to students.
At the end, students must give a presentation / publication of their project, and they will be followed up in executive and mentoring sessions.
