David Ferraz, Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Policy at Iscte and researcher at CIES-Iscte, was elected to the steering committee of the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) at the general assembly of the IIAS – International Institute of Administrative Sciences, Bruxelles .
Nine other members were elected alongside him, two vice-presidents and president Sabine Kujlmann, who make up the new EGPA leadership for the 2025-2028 term.

David Ferraz is currently director of the Doctorate and Master's in Public Administration. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from Iscte (2018) and a Master's degree in Administration and Public Policy (Iscte - 2008). He is a member of several professional associations and research networks. His main areas of research are Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Management and People Management.
