On 1 August, Iscte hosted the graduation ceremony for the 3rd edition of the European Joint Master in Social Work with Children and Youth (ESWOCHY).

The event opened with remarks from Iscte’s Vice-Rector for Internationalisation, Maria das Dores Guerreiro, and included contributions from consortium partners and students.

The audience brought together family members, School and Department Directors from Iscte, as well as representatives from the Turkish Embassy, First Counsellor Zeynep Kalali da Cruz Neves, and from the Nigerian Embassy Hannatu Dankaro-Irmiya, Head of Chancellery.

The 14 graduates completed their final semester at Iscte, where they developed and defended their dissertations under academic supervision.

Funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the ESWOCHY Master is delivered by a consortium coordinated by Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), in partnership with Riga Stradins University (Latvia), the Catholic University of Ruzomberok (Slovakia) and Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon.
