Study in Portugal Network

The Study in Portugal Network - SiPN Program is an initiative of Fundação Luso-Americana para o Desenvolvimento (FLAD), aimed at mobile students from Universities in the United States and Canada, who choose to attend curricular units taught in English at Portuguese universities that are part of the consortium.

In this academic program “Study in Portugal Network”, Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa offers, through the participating Schools, curricular units taught in English on a semester or annual basis, summer courses or academic internships.

This study abroad program aims to respond to the very specific expectations of students from North American universities, its main partners, in addition to FLAD, are the US Embassy, the General Directorate of Higher Education – Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, the Portuguese-American Chamber of Commerce, Fulbright Portugal, the Lisbon City Council and AICEP.
