Change of pair institution/programme

• How: Exclusively online through Fenix, Iscte’s academic management system.
• When: During the application period indicated in the academic calendar.

Required documents* (online submission):

• ID;
• Secondary education certificate (10th, 11th and 12th grades) with all subjects listed and the final average grade;
• ENES Certificate (corresponds to the document proving completion of and achievement of the minimum required grades in the national examinations established as entrance examinations for the programme being applied for, or equivalent) or Aplication record issued by DGES/IES (corresponds to the document proving the higher education admission grade, or equivalent);
• Academic transcript showing the curricular units completed in the programme(s) attended or, if no curricular units have been completed, proof of first enrolment in the programme;
• Document proving current or previous enrolment in a higher education institution and confirming that the programme has not been completed, including the number of enrolments, issued on the application year;
• For applicants who were enrolled in the previous academic year at a Portuguese higher education institution, a document certifying that they are not subject to academic exclusion (prescription) for the academic year to which they are applying;
• Authenticated study plan(s) of the programme(s) attended, indicating ECTS credits, or a copy of the relevant official publication (Diário da República);
• Syllabi and workload information for curricular units completed in the original programme, if credit recognition is requested or when required for ranking purposes, except in the case of programmes offered at Iscte.

*For students coming from foreign higher education institutions, equivalent documentation as required above, duly translated into Portuguese or English, according to the country of origin and its educational system.
