Online Support

The IT and Communications Infrastructure Services (SIIC) provide online contact by registering requests for support and/or incidents on the Iajuda Services Portal and via Whatsapp.

You can contact us via Whatsapp on working days from 9:00 to 17:00:

  • By using this link
  • By clicking on the WhatsApp icon located in the bottom right-hand corner on any page of the Iscte IT website.

Direct non-face-to-face support can also be provided by telephone:

Hours: 09:00-17:00

In-person Support

Service will primarily be provided through electronic communication channels (Whatsapp/iAjuda), allowing for faster resolution of support requests and, when necessary, the use of online tools for remote support.

If the need arises, a face-to-face service can be scheduled.
