AEISCTE-IUL

The Student’s Union at Iscte was born in 1988, and has become one of the largest and most active such Unions in the country, working on behalf of more than 10,000 students per day.

With significant experience in the area of managing associations, this structure is recognized in all corners of the country for its professionalism and dedication, as well as for its commitment to innovation year after year. A team made up of students for students, creating many different types of events and trying to respond to the necessities of the students they represent, improving with each attempt.

AIESEC Iscte

AIESEC was founded in 1948 and exists in 126 countries and territories. It is an international platform that enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. As the largest student organization in the world, AIESEC encourages students to become responsible leaders and employers on a global scale.

IAESTE

IAESTE is an independent, international, non-governmental non-profit organization that promotes the exchange of students between member countries. It offers professional paid internships to students in Engineering, Science and Technology, Applied Arts, Architecture, Social Science and Sports.

Founded in 1948 at the Imperial College of London, IAESTE has created exchange opportunities for more than 350,000 students, building a network among more than 80 countries.

IEEE Iscte Student Branch

With more than 400,000 members around the globe, IEEE is the largest association of engineering in the world. Founded in 2012, the IEEE Iscte Student Branch has come to play an important role in the promotion of Iscte courses and the professional and technical development of students.

Economics Students Association

The NAE was started in 1998 and works to support the students of Economics at Iscte, as well as to fight for their interests. Providing soft skills enrichment opportunities, the Association shows no indifference to future professional necessities. However, recreation is not forgotten, but is rather another aspect of strong commitment, fostering the inclusion of all students!

Political Science Students Association

The Political Science Students Association is a group of students that share the goal of promoting their course of study and giving a practical aspect to Iscte’s Political Science students.

Management Students Association (NEG)

Created in 1997, the Management Students Association at Iscte represents the approximately 800 undergraduate students in Management. Every day, it seeks to contribute to the development of the students and the college, by realizing events of interest that respond to the expectations of students. The Association’s proactive attitude within the University Institute ensures an increasingly improving future.

Marketing Students Association

NAMI is an association that has as its principal mission to represent all the students of Marketing at IBS, whether they be undergraduate or master’s students. Since its founding in 2003, NAMI has worked to be able to provide students with an easy transition into the academic environment through organizing various activities and also offering training complementary to that encountered at IBS.

By its nature, this work aims to bring students closer to the job market and the professional world while they study. Its main objective is to develop the leaders and marketeers of tomorrow.
