Este projeto tem como objetivo a criação de um restaurante de comida típica Portuguesa
no concelho de Cascais, Urbanização Quinta de São Gonçalo. Este projeto procura
trazer um conceito de tradição e modernidade ao setor da restauração em Portugal.
Procura-se perceber qual a viabilidade e aceitação de um projeto desta natureza no
mercado nacional.
Na sua elaboração foi tida em conta a caraterização da concorrência, a análise aos
consumidores, as oportunidades que surgiram no mercado e, por fim, a avaliação da
viabilidade financeira do projeto.
Destaca-se, da análise feita ao mercado, as oportunidades que vão surgir na área de
atuação do restaurante, que trarão necessidades acrescidas de serviço de refeições na
Urbanização da Quinta de São Gonçalo.
Para implementar este projeto será necessário um investimento inicial de 110.822€, que
engloba a remodelação do espaço, os equipamentos básicos, os equipamentos
administrativos e os registos legais.
Tendo sido considerados alguns pressupostos para este projeto, a avaliação financeira e
económica é positiva, o que torna este projeto viável, apresentando um payback de 3
anos.

This project aims at the implementation of a typical Portuguese restaurant in the county
of Cascais, urbanization Quinta de São Gonçalo, this project seeks to bring a concept of
tradition and modernity to the catering industry in Portugal.
Seeks to figure out what the viability and acceptance of a project of this nature in the
domestic market.
In the elaboration of this project has been taken into account the characterization of
competition, consumer analysis, opportunities that have emerged on the market and
finally the evaluation of the financial viability of the project.
Stands out in the analysis of the market, the opportunities that will emerge in the work
area of the restaurant, which will bring increased dining service needs in the
urbanization of Quinta de São Gonçalo.
To implement this project it will be needed an initial investment of € 110.822, which
includes the remodeling of the space, the basic equipment, administrative equipment
and legal records.
Have been considered some assumptions for this project, the financial and economic
assessment panel is positive that makes this a viable project, featuring a payback period
of 3 years.
