No presente trabalho, será realizado um plano de negócio que consiste na criação de uma residência de cuidados continuados, geriátricos e paliativos na freguesia de Glória do Ribatejo, designada por FISH RESIDENCE Centro de Cuidados Continuados, Geriátricos e Paliativos.
Nesse sentido, foi realizado um enquadramento teórico sobre a prestação de cuidados de saúde num contexto geral e sobre os cuidados de saúde continuados em Portugal. Seguidamente, procedeu-se a uma análise de mercado com recurso à análise externa, caracterizando o país e o local onde este projeto será implementado, bem como uma análise interna, onde se irá analisar a concorrência, os fornecedores, os clientes, bem como outros fatores. Posteriormente será definida quer a estratégia de desenvolvimento, quer as políticas de implementação. Numa fase final, analisou-se a viabilidade económica e financeira do projeto de investimento.
O projeto pretende gerar valor para a região, uma vez que, cria postos de trabalho, gera receitas e ajuda a divulgar os atrativos dessa região.
O investimento inicial estimado é de 1.000.000 €, considerando um período de exploração de 10 anos, tendo início em janeiro de 2021. Após a análise de viabilidade económico-financeira verificou-se que o projeto é viável, apresentando um VAL positivo de 1.051.846 € e uma TIR de 15,09 %. Assim, prevê-se que o investimento seja recuperado em 8 anos. Deste modo é possível concluir que o projeto tem as condições necessárias para ser rentável e sustentável.

In the present work, a business plan will be developed that will consist of the creation of an integrated continuous care, geriatric and consultative residence for Gloria do Ribatejo parishes, designated by the RESIDENCE FISH Center for Continuous, Geriatric and Palliative Care.
In this sense, a theoretical framework was provided on the provision of health care in a general context and on continuing health care in Portugal. Then, a market analysis using external analysis is performed, characterizing the country and place where this project will be implemented, as well as an internal analysis, where it will be able to analyze the competition, suppliers, customers, as well as other factors. Subsequently, it will be defined as a development strategy, such as implementation policies. In a final phase, analyze the economic and financial viability of the investment project.
The project aims to create value for the region, since it creates jobs, generates revenue and helps spread the region's attractions.
Estimated initial investment is € 1,000,000, considering a 10-year exploration period starting in January 2021. After a verified economic and financial viability analysis - if the project is viable, it is a VAL of 1.051.846€ an TIR of 15,09 %. Thus, it is estimated that the investment will be recovered in 8 years. This way it is possible to conclude that the project has conditions necessary to be profitable and sustainable.
