Nos últimos 20 anos o divórcio teve um crescimento exponencial a nível mundial e Portugal não foi exceção. Quem passa por um divórcio, vive um dos maiores eventos de vida stressantes. Muitos estudos têm demonstrado que pessoas divorciadas ou viúvas e que vivem sozinhas, têm mais problemas psicológicos e de saúde, com maiores índices de mortalidade.
A minha tese é o desenvolvimento de uma ideia inovadora para um modelo de negócio dirigido a este target. Para tal, vou desenvolver um business plan, em que num primeiro momento será realizada uma revisão bibliográfica, para compreender os fenómenos que envolvem esta problemática. Posteriormente, será efetuada uma análise ao meio envolvente externo e interno, o que facilitará o desenvolvimento de objetivos e do modelo de negócio. Terminada esta parte, será desenhada a estratégia para a implementação do projeto. Por fim, será executada uma análise financeira para comprovar a sua viabilidade financeira.

In the last twenty years, divorce has increased a lot all over the word, and Portugal isn´t an exception. People who are going through that situation, experience one of the most stressful life events. A lot of studies demonstrate that people who are divorced or widowed and living alone, have more health and mental problems with higher mortality rate.
In this report, the object of the study is to identify what people experience when they go through a situation like this, and find solutions to support and help them solve all the issues they need. Therefore, I am going to develop a business plan, in which a bibliographic review will be carried out in the first moment to understand the phenomena that involves this problem. Subsequently, an analysis of the external and internal environment will be carried out, which will facilitate the development of objectives and the business model. After this part, a strategy for the implementation of the project will be defined. Finally, a financial analysis will be carried out to verify its viability.
