1. Assess the complexity of working in international projects or leading international or intercultural project teams (leadership competence, team orientation); 2. Prepare a project handbook based on international project management standards (IPMA/PMI) (methodological competence); 3. Apply intercultural creativity to develop a project concept as a multicultural team (social and international competence); 4. Ability to describe the current status of emerging markets and understand political, economic, social, and environmental developments; 5. Ability to apply knowledge about emerging markets to solve interdisciplinary business problems, taking into account various aspects (politics, economics, finance, and sustainability).
