FACE-TO-FACE ATTENDANCE is carried out according to the following guidelines:
WHEN | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 10a.m. and 4p.m.
HOW | By appointment, with a request for scheduling via email, within 24 working hours.
Communication with students is maintained preferably by phone or email. During this period, the phone answering hours will be available between 10a.m. and 4p.m.
SGE is divided into different units, so students should contact the unit that manages the course in which they are enrolled regarding matters related to their own academic career, namely: the completion and issue of declarations and certificates of enrollment, status requests, requests for accreditation of curricular units taken in other courses, applications to stand-alone curricular units, transfer of peer institution/course, reentry, special competitions, changes to schedule of attendance, and issue of certifications, diplomas, and course cards.

Most of the units and area of Academic Services are located on the first floor of Edifício Sedas Nunes (Ed. I). More information is available on the Iscte university campus page.
Students should retrieve a number from the dispensers spread throughout the building and wait for their turn or consult the attendance line-up (for codes C to L) on the page MYTICKET.
Schedule during classes: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 to 15:00; Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 to 19:00.
Schedule during University recess: Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 15:00.
GENERAL ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
- Attendance capacity: 3 people at one time.
- Priority Attendance: there is no code for priority attendance. A student that finds himself or herself in a situation with legal ramifications should address one of the attendance tables and indicate his or her situation so that he or she can be attended to as soon as the appointment in progress ends.
- Number Dispensers: Dispensation of numbers stops 15 minutes before attendance services end.
