Para esta dissertação de mestrado, é proposto ilustrar o fenómeno da
delinquência juvenil, tendo em conta as temáticas da delinquência juvenil, desvio e
marginalidade.
Para tal, o que se encontra aqui é uma delimitação da história da delinquência
juvenil ju, onde se exploram diferentes causas, e contextos socioeconómicos, com o
intuito de dar a conhecer a história da delinquência.
Por último é feito um enquadramento contextual com o exemplo do estudo de
caso feito num Centro Educativo, onde é revelado o seu objetivo, funcionamento, e no
qual me deparei com a questão: valerá a pena os jovens estarem enclausurados na
instituição?

For this master's degree dissertation, it is proposed to illustrate the phenomenon
of juvenile delinquency, taking into account the thematic of juvenile delinquency,
deviation and marginality.
To that end, what can be found here is a delimitation of the history of juvenile
delinquency, where different causes and social-economical contexts are explored, with
the objective of making the history of juvenile delinquency known.
Lastly, a study example of a case in an Education Center puts the dissertation
into context, where the aim and operation of said Center are revealed, and at which
point I as faced with the question: is it worth it for the young to be cloistered in the
institution?
