O Plano de Negócios “ApartHotel Ílhavo” analisado nesta tese consiste na segunda fase de construção do “Hotel de Ílhavo”, com recurso a fundos do QREN disponibilizados pelo Turismo de Portugal.
O projeto implica a construção de um aparthotel com 20 apartamentos turísticos nas instalações do hotel, procurando obter elevadas taxas de ocupação fora da época estival e ainda durante a semana, pelo que se pretende atingir um cliente-alvo diferente em relação ao do hotel, combatendo a sazonalidade associada ao turismo de Aveiro.
O estudo apresenta viabilidade económica e financeira, mesmo caso não se concretize a atribuição do subsídio do QREN.

The business plan “ApartHotel Ílhavo” analyses the second phase of construction of the “Hotel de Ílhavo”. The edification of it, it´s being made with resources from QREN arranged by the Tourism Department from Portugal.
The project implies the construction of an aparthotel with 20 touristic apartments at the hotel´s plant, searching to get high levels of occupation out of summery season and yet during the week, for what it´s expected to reach a different kind of client in comparison with currency customers from the hotel. This project intends to contest the seasonality associated with Aveiro´s tourism.
This study presents economic viability even without accomplishment of the investment grant from QREN.
