O objectivo deste estudo é verificar se existem diferenças entre os perfis comportamentais dos consultores comerciais do Holmes Place Business-To-Business (B2B) e os consultores Business-To-Consumer (B2C). A ferramenta utilizada para este estudo é o DISC, definição dos perfis comportamentais, com a qual pretendemos obter dados que servirão para traçar um perfil para cada tipo de comercial. Caso se comprove que existe essa distinção entre os consultores conseguimos aumentar as probabilidades de sucesso na selecção e posterior performance. Para este estudo de caso, os dados foram recolhidos através de uma amostra de 15 indivíduos e, o instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi o teste de Perfil Pessoal (PPA) da Thomas.

The aim of this study is to verify if the behavioral profile is different in the sales consultants B2B and B2C of Holmes Place. The tool used for such verification is DISC - behavioral profiles. The data also will be use to draw a profile of each type of consultant. If is proven that there is a difference between consultants, thus increasing the chances of success in the selection and subsequent performance. For this case study, data were collected through a sample of 15 individuals. As a research tool, was used: the test Personal Profile (PPA) Thomas.
