Face à conjuntura nacional e internacional, o tema proposto tem vindo a revelar-se como um dos assuntos mais mediáticos e crescente, fruto da profunda crise económica que estamos a atravessar.
Mas será esta temática suficientemente clara?
Numa abordagem minimalista e rudimentar diria que sim, afinal todos conseguimos dar uma ou duas asserções de insolvência, mas se examinarmos mais exaustivamente atrevo-me a dizer que é matéria ignota pela maioria na generalidade.
O meu compromisso será expor o tema de forma clara, focalizando-me num conjunto de reflexões que irei efectuar, bem como analisar o tipo e alcance que advém da declaração e qualificação da insolvência e a implicação desta, para o insolvente.
