O presente projeto tem como objeto a abertura de uma nova clínica das Clínicas Abrisaúde, tendo em vista aumentar a capacidade de resposta aos serviços já prestados das restantes unidades de prestação de cuidados de saúde, assim como alargar a oferta de serviços à população. Assim, este projeto pretende apresentar uma proposta de como proceder a este alargamento das unidades de prestação de cuidados de saúde deste grupo empresarial, assim como analisar a sua viabilidade económico-financeira. As Clínicas Abrisaúde contêm várias unidades clínicas situadas no concelho de Alenquer, mais concretamente, nas vilas de Alenquer e Carregado e na aldeia de Abrigada. Apresenta-se uma revisão da literatura tendo em conta o panorama do sistema de saúde português, os prestadores de cuidados de saúde em Portugal, nomeadamente o setor privado, e o acesso aos mesmos. De seguida, apresenta-se a análise interna sobre a empresa (contextualizando a história da mesma, descrevendo os serviços prestados, os clientes e outros assuntos) e um estudo sobre o contexto externo, nomeadamente, uma análise externa com a caracterização do país e dos locais onde a empresa atua e caracterização da concorrência. Ainda externamente, foram revistas as oportunidades e ameaças e, internamente, as forças e fraquezas da empresa. O novo projeto não acarretará qualquer valor de investimento inicial para as Clínicas Abrisaúde, visto que a empresa pagará um aluguer pelos materiais, espaço, equipamentos e recursos humanos a outra empresa do grupo (entidade jurídica autónoma), que será responsável por esse mesmo investimento. O período de exploração estimado será de 15 anos, tendo início em Janeiro de 2023. Depois de se efetuar a análise de viabilidade económico-financeira foi possível verificar que o VAL do projeto a uma de taxa de atualização de 5% é de 5 847 214€, com uma previsão de rentabilidade logo no primeiro ano, tendo em conta a inexistência de investimento inicial. Assim, foi possível perceber que o projeto reúne as condições para ser rentável e para ser aceite pela empresa.

The following project aims to open a new clinic of "Clínicas Abrisaúde" in order to increase the responsiveness of the services already provided by the remaining units and to expand the range of services offered to the population. Thereby, the aim of this project is to present a proposal on how to proceed with the expansion of the health care units of this business group while analyzing the economic-financial viability. The clinics of Abrisaúde include several clinical units in the municipality of Alenquer, more specifically in the villages of Alenquer and Carregado and in the hamlet of Abrigada. First a literature review is presented considering the Portuguese healthcare system overview, the healthcare providers in Portugal, particularly the private sector, and its correspondent accessibility. Then the internal analysis of the company is introduced (contextualization of its history and description of the services offered, customers and other matters), complemented by a study of the external environment, in particular a characterization of the country and the specific villages where the company operates, as well as a characterization of the competition. A swot analysis was also carried out, i.e. the external opportunities and threats were reviewed together with the company's internal strengths and weaknesses. The new project will mean no initial investment for Abrisaúde Clinics, as the company will rent the materials, space, equipment and personnel of another company of the group (autonomous legal entity), which will be responsible for these investments.The estimated exploration period is 15 years, starting in January 2023, and after conducting the economic and financial feasibility analysis, it was possible to determine that the net present value of the project is €5 847 214, with a profitability projection in the first year, considering the non-existent initial investment. From this it can be concluded that the project meets the conditions to be profitable and therefore should be accepted by the company.
